I am proud to serve as the Office Manager at Healthy Minds Psychotherapy. With more than 20 years of experience in client service, I am committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and seamless experience for every client who connects with our practice.

What drew me to Healthy Minds Psychotherapy was the opportunity to be part of a clinic that genuinely prioritizes client care and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people's lives. I understand that reaching out for support can be a significant step, and I strive to ensure that every interaction is met with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is helping people feel supported from the very beginning of their journey. I enjoy making the process of accessing care feel welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free so clients can focus on what matters most: their well-being.
