Meet Kasey
Anxiety can leave you feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically disconnected from yourself. You may feel uneasy, overwhelmed, irritable, or on edge, or experience panic attacks and a desire to withdraw from others. When anxiety, life transitions, or conflict within your relationships begin to feel overwhelming, finding the right support can be an important first step toward relief and greater clarity.
Therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore the experiences and challenges that are affecting your well-being and develop approaches that are tailored to you. Drawing from an integrative approach, our work may incorporate both mind- and body-focused strategies to help you better understand your emotions, manage stress and anxiety, navigate change, and build greater confidence in yourself.
I support children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and family conflict. My approach is centred on you—your experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work toward meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and a stronger connection to your authentic self.
