Meet Kelsey
"Therapy is not one size fits all, and neither are you. My role is to meet you exactly where you are."
Hi, I'm Kelsey, a Registered Psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to individuals across Ontario. I work with adults navigating some of life's most emotionally demanding experiences: grief and loss, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, and significant life transitions.
Many of the people I work with are quietly carrying more than those around them realize. They show up for everyone else, yet struggle to extend the same care to themselves. In our sessions, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be honest about what is hard, and explore what healing might look like for you.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), weaving together what is most useful for you at each stage of our work. I believe therapy is a shared process: you bring the knowledge of your own life, and I bring the tools and perspective to help you move through it with greater ease and clarity.
I am deeply invested in building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, curiosity, and respect, one where growth and meaningful change can take hold over time.

Outside the Therapy Room
When I'm not with clients, you will find me out running, deep in a fiction novel, or working on a quilt. I'm also an avid traveller who has lived in Finland, Australia, and across Canada, and those experiences have shaped both how I see the world and how I show up in the therapy room.
